This assessment can be completed for yourself, or on behalf of the applicant. The assessment will let you know your permit eligibility and needs to be completed before progressing through the permit process. For the best result, answer the questions as accurately as possible.

After completing the self-assessment, you will receive your permit eligibility outcome
